Fire Team Training

To provide delegates with the required knowledge and skills to fulfil the role of Fire Team Member.

What are the aims of the course?
  • To provide delegates with the required knowledge and skills to fulfil the role of Fire Team Member.
  • To enable the Fire Team to work in unison and help to ensure the safety of staff and personnel in the event of a fire prior to the arrival of the Fire Service.
Who should attend?

Employees who may be part of a first response fire team.

What will I learn?
  • Nature of fire, human behaviour in emergency situations, legislation, procedures, staff training, hazard spotting, liaison with fire brigade, action in fires, crowd control, fire fighting.
How much does it cost?

£195.00 + VAT per person (min 6, max 8 persons) this includes lunch and refreshments, certificates of attendance and all course materials.

The course can be held at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service Training Centre, Cassidy Close, Manchester M4 5FP.
