The Food Safety Supervisor is an official Level 3 Award in Food Safety, delivered online. Also known as the food hygiene intermediate course, it is fully accredited by Qualifi, nationally recognised by OFQUAL (the official regulator) and the syllabus is approved by UK Environmental Health Officers.

The course is suitable for Head Chefs, Supervisors and Managers looking to develop their food safety and management knowledge.

The course covers food safety and bacteria in more detail and provides information on how you manage both the business and your team in vital areas such as the law, controlling bacteria and food threats, physical & chemical contamination, cleaning, pest & waste control, personal hygiene and food safety.
