An experienced system developer and implementer who works with SME’s to develop effective and efficient management systems which don’t mean masses of paperwork but help the organisation build processes which work for them.   I don’t do ‘gobbledegook’, I like plain English.

I will work with you to develop a system which you really feel you own and know.  I’ve seen too many systems which are consultant driven and alien to the business they are supposed to be working for, and it’s just not the way I do things.

As an experienced auditor and highly skilled trainer I can work with you to develop in house auditor resource, from initial training through to more advanced skills, developing a programme which fits around your business and your needs.  Other training programmes recently delivered across a wide client base include customer service, people management, process improvement tools, accident investigation etc.

I work as a mentor, both individually and under the CQI scheme, providing training and development ‘hand holding’ new Systems Managers as they develop into their role, normally working with them on a monthly

Over 30 years experience of developing, implementing, maintaining and improving management systems with a real focus on creating systems which replicate the activities undertaken by the business and don’t bring in unnecessary requirements or reams of paperwork.

For the last 10 years I’ve worked as a consultant, taking my skills into new businesses and business sectors and working with SME’s.

Author, producing books on management systems under the ‘Simple Systems Series’ banner – currently covering 9001 and 45001 with 14001 and 22301 being drafted currently and due for publication Q2 2020.
