Glade Consulting Services Ltd was initially established to help SME’s make the challenging transition to ISO9001: 2015 certification. With a passion for UK based manufacturing and supporting the UK supply chains, and a strong history of working with automotive, aerospace and construction supply chains, the business aims to support organisations in these supply chains.

I have been involved in multinational manufacturing organisations for over 25 years having served in a number of quality and technical roles within these organisations. I have worked extensively within global supply chains through which I have lead teams and worked with some of the world’s leading automotive and aerospace businesses. I have also been involved in the construction industry coordinating global supply chains to FTSE100 construction companies.

My passion is to help UK businesses meet their approval requirements and see their business grow through effective adoption of quality management processes through the implementation of ISO standards.

Lead Auditor Qualified in ISO9001, ISO45001 and AS9100D.

25 years of leadership in a multi-national organisation with responsibility for the quality management systems and quality running through the plant. During this time I was also involved in complex automotive supply chains advising on quality and establishing process measures.

Latterly establishing my own business I have worked with a range of businesses from vehicle manufacturers to survey companies to help them set up the systems to achieve ISO certification.
