Having worked in financial services, delivering organisational change projects in both Investment Banking and Wealth Management for over a decade, I set-up Green Robin Solutions Limited in 2019 to provide organisational change services to smaller organisations.

Using a mixture of change methodologies including LEAN, PRINCE 2 and now Lexcel – I work with law firms and in-house legal departments to improve their internal processes so that they can meet the changing needs of the legal profession.
