Alasdair Reid
Over 35 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience with major Operators and in the establishment
and growth of the leading consultancies of Granherne, Smith Rea and Optimus. Experience includes:
Technical Adviser in Due Diligence reviews on behalf of banks and international operators.
Leadership of the development of management system certified to ISO 9001, IRCA lead Auditor
Technical and management of process and general engineering activities for major UK operators.
Assessor for IChemE ACTS programme.

Extensive experience in the development, implementation, continual improvement, operation and auditing of process-based
Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems.
