Mark 1 was established in 2003 by Mark Nolan, who identified an opportunity to develop a business management system to support organisations in achieving ISO 9001 accreditation. Mark 1 has since expanded its services to provide integrated management systems by incorporating systems for environmental management (ISO 14001), health & safety management (ISO 45001) and Information Security management (ISO 27001).
