 RGE Associates has been running for 22 years in 2021.and are members of the CQI Chartered Quality Institute and are also, certified members of the BSI Associates Consultants Programme as well as being a Platinum member of the SGS ‘Consultants Connect’ programme.

 We are approved by BSI and SGS to provide consultation for ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 Health & Safety, ISO 27001 Information Security Management, ISO 20000 IT Management Certification, AS 9100 Aviation, Space and Defence (AS&D) industry and EN 1090 CE Marking.

 We have many years of both general management experience and a wide range of specialist, technical & creative expertise having work for companies such as Serco, Northrop Drummond, Litton PRC/USA, as well as gained work with Hampshire Constabulary, London Metropolitan Police as well as Merseyside Police in the area of Information Security management.

 Our main services are in the provision of Information Security and Quality as well as building integrated business management improvement systems. We have worked in a wide range of sectors for both large and small organisations. Our culture is one of partnering clients as well as providing a tailored, highly flexible service, through which we seek to establish long-term relationships.

 Our backgrounds are different such as:

 I have a background in metallurgy and engineering, with over 40 years’ experience. Having worked across a wide spectrum of industries from heavy industry to emergency services support, which allows me to provide expert advice and support in a wide spectrum of activities.

 Nerys - Having worked and trained in the creative industries and quality/ risk management roles, understands the vast differences between organisations and their people and will support people in pulling them all together.

 Paul - With over 15 years’ experience across the banking sector, Paul brings with him the knowledge of Risk planning, business and team support and engagement. Paul is also a lead auditor for BS EN ISO 9001.

 Our business systems not only work to bring companies in line with an accreditation, but we also look to improve the business processes to save clients’ money and become more effective across production and development.  Each our systems or training programme is specific to the individual business. We don’t have a template process as each business has a different story.  We aim to make businesses more successful overall.
