Paul’s career started in manufacturing industry as a Press Toolmaker. This led him into Production Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, before moving into offsite construction. During this time Paul led the introduction of ISO14001 into his organization and undertook the role of Quality Manager, winning a number of awards for the business.

Following redundancy, Paul established himself as a Quality and Environmental Consultant and spent the next 13 years implementing and maintaining a broad range of ISO standards in both public and private sector organizations in the UK and across Europe while also developing his standards knowledge, achieving the position of Managing Consultant.

In 2022, Paul moved into a role as Senior GRC Consultant for a cybersecurity company which enabled him to focus on Information Security and Business Continuity standard and controls.

Later in 2022, Paul took the decision to establish Robinson Management Services Ltd and is currently working with a number of key clients in the UK to establish and manage their management systems across a broad range of disciplines.

Paul’s passion for ISO standards has led him to undertake the role of Secretary at the MK branch of the CQI, he has spoken at a number of key standards events and is published in Quality World.
