SummerTech NDT Ltd can provide CSCS cards and CCNSG Safety Passports to offer proof that individuals working on construction sites have suitable knowledge and training for the job they will be doing on the site. By ensuring the workforce are appropriately qualified, both CSCS cards and CCNSG are playing there part in improving standards and safety on construction sites throughout the UK.

All our Inspectors hold CSWIP 3.1 Weld Inspector qualifications minimum and all our Non- Destructive Technicians (NDT) are qualified to PCN Level 2 minimum, along with PCN Level 3 in all Non-Destructive Testing disciplines including Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to name a few.

SummerTech NDT Ltd also have available International Welding Specialists (IWS) and International Welding Engineers (IWE). All Health and Safety is controlled by NEBOSH (NGC) qualified personnel.

SummerTech NDT Ltd has over 29 years’ experience working in the fabrication industry. We have substantial practical experience and knowledge of all the welding processes such as, TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA, Flux Core and Laser welding, on a range of different types of materials e.g. Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Carbon Steel.

SummerTech NDT Ltd regularly complete Factory Production Control (FPC) inspections and reviews for CE marking, weld tests/ examinations and all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on welded joints, castings and forgings. We also produce in-depth course materials and give visual weld inspection training to a number of fabrication companies in UK, to aid them in their pursuit to improve and gain excellence towards UK and European standards.

SummerTech NDT Ltd have utilised The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) by incorporating full health and safety workplace risk assessments and procedures.
