What does the course include?
The one-day course covers a range of topics, including the workplace and workplace equipment, manual handling, hazardous substances, ergonomics and workstation design, transport and vehicles, noise and vibration, welfare and legislation.

What does the course include?
This is a one-day course that covers the main causes of accidents and ill health; hazards, risks and control measures; the Hierarchy of Control; the five steps of risk assessment; risk assessment review and record keeping; legal requirements for risk assessment.
Who is the course suitable for?
Anyone tasked with completing Risk Assessment activities within their organisation may want to consider completing this course. As it is delivered in-company, a group of delegates can attend the training together.

What does the course include?
The session includes theoretical and practical elements including Manual Handling Operations Regulations (1992), the wrong way to undertake manual handling and the consequences, assessing the load to be moved, single and multi-person lifting.
