Management Team - Certification Manager
Jenn has worked for CfA for five years, working in the technical team for the last three as a Certification Officer and now as Certification Manager. She is the technical lead for the Customer Service Excellence standard, and is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new subcontract auditors.
Outside of work, Jenn likes cooking, listening to music, reading and yoga.
